COACHING
My Intention
My general intention is to support you in your authentic and spontaneous self-discovery. In the first session you will have space to formulate your intention. Your intention will be what guides our coaching and it may refine itself more and more during the coaching.
It is likely that we will touch on these components of self-discovery:
HEALTH: feel safe in your body, care for your basic needs; eat healhy, move regularly, sleep well.
COMMUNITY: be with inspiring companions, friends, lovers; differentiate from family of origin.
SELF: live your integrated and authentic personality with agency and confidence.
CONTEXT: increase your capacity to relate to the interconnectedness of what is going on in the world.
PURPOSE: get a deeper sense for why you are here and what is meaningful to you.
My way of coaching
I believe that good coaching must be informed first and foremost by the coachee’s intention, not by a model, technique or framework. That being said, I am trained in process-oriented coaching and various developmental models and might share personal experiences when I have the sense it supports your intention. I ask you to trust in your own perception, to take what is helpful and don’t take what is not.
Ways of working with me 1on1:
Irregular sessions. You contact me when you want another session.
Coaching program: we work closely for a certain period of time, usually between 1-3 months. We have weekly 1on1 sessions and will be in contact through text messages between the sessions.

In his coaching, Lennart has given me clarity without any suggestions or tips from the retort. He guides me again and again to a point where I can look inside myself without judgement and where uncomfortable truths or bold wishes can simply be there.
- Tim
Lennart encouraged me to feel more deeply and talk about my perceptions without pushing me and with a non-judgmental attitude. He has helped me through himself as a mirror to get more in touch with my desires and needs again.
